Takedown form
One form for both cases. The more precise you are, the faster the takedown.
Our commitment
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, VideosXGays responds expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement reported to its designated agent. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove content and to terminate the accounts of members who infringe — or appear to infringe — the rights of third parties.
Designated agent
All notices about this site go through the designated agent of VideosXGays, reachable via the form above: it is the official channel, and the fastest one. Every submission is timestamped and kept.
What a valid notice must contain
The form above collects the essentials. If you want your notice to be formally complete under section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA, add whatever is missing from these six elements into the address field:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If a single notice covers several works on the same site, a representative list is enough.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to locate it: the full address of every page concerned.
- Information reasonably sufficient to let us contact you: name, postal address, phone number and, if available, an email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
Counter-notice
Your video was removed although you held the rights or the permission to publish it? You can file a counter-notice with the same form. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and the address at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone number, together with your consent to the jurisdiction of the court where you live — or, if you live outside the United States, of any jurisdiction where we are established.
The DMCA then requires us to forward your counter-notice to the original claimant. Absent a court action on their part, the content may be restored within ten to fourteen business days.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe the rights of third parties. Every processed notice is logged and tied to the account that published the content.
